Unsweetened cranberriesĪlso, we must discuss dried cranberries. It’s almost assured anyone following a keto or low carb diet will have these ingredients on hand, but MCT, avocado, or olive oil can also be subbed for the coconut oil. It gives the cookies a traditional American-style chewy texture I love. For these cookies, I really like the combination of butter and coconut oil.
